Interior of the Apartments in the Tikhvin Club House
The project was completed by the “Neoluxe” studio for “Forum Group”. The second project of the beige interior was created based on the first one, completed in 2008. The apartments are intended for temporary living, combining the coziness and functionality of a full apartment with a kitchen.
Layout Features
The layout includes an author-designed island element that separates the kitchen and the living room. The bathrooms are equipped with two doors: one leading from the bedroom, the other from the hallway. These solutions provide convenience for temporary living.
Beige Interior and Eco-Minimalism
The main task was to create an interior in the eco-minimalism style: neutral, easily transformable, and accessible to implement. The main features include:
- Author-designed bar counter costing 100,000 rubles.
- Furniture and kitchen ordered from IKEA and Lazurite.
- Use of inexpensive but quality materials.
Color Solution
The beige palette was chosen for its versatility and ability to harmoniously fit into any style. This color can easily be enlivened with accent decor and textiles.
Concise Design and Functionality
The simple and concise design makes the interior cozy and practical. The interior remains relevant even after years, thanks to a well-thought-out functional scheme and a minimalist approach.
