A stylish, graphic, and minimalist interior in the upscale RedSide residential complex for our favorite client.
About the project:
Location: Moscow, Central Administrative Okrug, Presnensky District, Residential Complex “RedSide”
Size: 1-room apartment with an area of 51 sq.m. Ceiling height 2.9 m.
Style: Modern Project authors: Olga Zavadskaya, Vladimir Kandalov Link to the working project
About the client:
Alana Mamaeva is reaching out to us for the second time. She is a well-known blogger and photo model. We enjoy working with her because she is an intelligent and positive person with good taste.
Situation:
The apartment in a premium residential complex with a beautiful view of Moscow City was purchased already finished and with a kitchen set. Additionally, the developer recommended ready-made designs in brochures and also suggested a designer to the client who would “refine” the project for her.
I don’t know why the designer didn’t work out with Alana, but in the end, Alana turned to the “trusted design studio” Neoluxe. The project was completed quickly. All rooms were approved on the first try.
Kitchen
We decided not to change the “developer’s” kitchen set. We suggested repainting the facades.
Bedroom
Layout
In the layout, we combined the loggia with the kitchen and made a dressing room in the bedroom. In the kitchen, we separated the living area from the kitchen with a bar counter.
Details
We used a floor convector in the kitchen. In the bedroom, we left the radiator from the developer.
In the bathroom – “concrete look” tiles and rectangular Tece sanitary ware.
The reveals of the opening between the loggia and the kitchen are painted black.
We planned built-in baseboards in the project. In reality, the client left the baseboards from the developer.
Lighting
Lighting – Centersvet
Style. Color
The interior turned out to be trendy, graphic, and concise. The main focus in the interior is its owners and the view from the window.
The color accents are a copper-colored pouf in the hallway and a crimson sunset outside the window.
