Presenting an exclusive design for a 5-room apartment in Suvorov Park, featuring minimalism with a focus on a Girofocus biofireplace, natural materials, and smart home innovations.
Eco-Friendliness: Materials and Solutions for Health
Every material for this project underwent a strict eco-friendliness check. All finishing materials, including natural stone, wood, and paints, are safe for health and certified.
Living Room: Biofireplace and Acoustic Preparation
The central element of the living room is the Girofocus biofireplace. The space is optimized for acoustic comfort thanks to acoustic panels and professional sound insulation of the walls and ceilings.
Kitchen and Bathroom: Natural Stone Finishes
The kitchen backsplash and bathroom finishes are made of natural stone. This adds a textural accent while maintaining a minimalist style.
Innovative Solutions: Smart Home
The smart home systems include control of curtains, climate, and lighting via smartphone. The bathroom features a remote-controlled shower curtain, and hidden baseboards add to the aesthetics.
